A Hop in the Right Direction

Sometimes you might start your day on the right foot, and others the wrong. Let's start spring with a "hop" in the right direction!


In order to do that, first set some goals, like this:

  • Do 4 workouts a week

  • Only eat out once a month

  • Go to bed by 11pm


These types of goals are specific and can be measured easily, therefore, they are trackable. If you set a vague goal such as "workout more" or "buy less takeout" you're never going to be able to measure it and you won't know when you've achieved it.


Now that we've discussed your goals... How else can you make a hop in the right direction?


  1. Practice positive self-talk✨

    - Remind yourself that you CAN accomplish your goals

    - Encourage yourself by journaling or writing down positive affirmations


  1. Start your day with a workout🏋🏻‍♀️

    - Exercising first thing will help keep your mood and energy levels up

    - It will give you a sense of accomplishment and speed up your metabolism


  2. Spend more time outside🌱

    - Spending time in nature can help ground you and help your nervous system settle

    - Getting some Vitamin D supports your immune system, can help your quality of sleep, and mental health
