April Hustle, Summer Glow


Now that we are 10 days into April, I have a question to ask...


Have you started working towards your gym goals? If someone followed you around for the past week would they believe that you are trying to reach your goals? Or would they say "yeah... they say they want to achieve their gym goals, but they aren't really making an effort."


The most important part is consistency. You will not be able to reach your goals without it. The easier way to maintain consistency is to form a habit. Habits are formed by repetitively completing a task for 3 or more weeks. Strong habits form after 2 months, so push now and come end of June, you will find yourself having the healthy gym habits you once dreamed of.



Start working now so that come summer you can feel proud of yourself. Your hustle in the gym today will result in the glow of tomorrow!
