Why Start Now?

There's an eternal struggle between the mind and the will, why should I start now? Why not wait until Monday, or the first of the month, or until the weather is nicer.
💪🏻This applies to many different aspects of life, but specifically, I am talking about the gym. Many people "want" to go to the gym, they "want" their dream body and to be confident. SO why aren't they fulfilling these desires?
It's too easy to put it off
🗣️Saying "I'll start next week" or "I'll go tomorrow, I'm too tired today" is how people often put their goals off and delay any progress they could make.
In order to get to a place where you can feel confident in yourself, you can be the best version of yourself and you can say "I achieved my goals" or even "I am working hard to achieve my goals" you must start.
✅Starting can be finally getting that membership you've been putting off, it could be going for a nightly walk, or even setting aside time to stretch before bed. Once you start it becomes increasingly easier to continue and get into good habits.
Stop putting it off. Start Now! 🚦
