As a personal trainer, she leverages her knowledge and experience in physiotherapy and her unique sport and fitness background to create effective, goal-oriented training programs that are tailored to the client’s specific needs while respecting their abilities and limitations. Teri combines rehabilitative exercises, strength and mobility training and soft tissue relaxation techniques to help her clients quickly and effectively achieve their goals whether they are pain management, increased flexibility, injury prevention or athletic performance improvement. Having battled her own injuries in the past, she understands the drive to get better quickly and return to the activities we love to do.
